Coincidence

What a coincidence – at least for me. Yesterday was both Mother’s Day and the Global Day of Prayer. Among many things my mother taught me was the need to pray for the world and those who had been called by God to minister cross-culturally. Her missionary heart led her to be a prayer warrior extra-ordinary, claiming Psalm 2:8. “Ask of Me and I will give you the nations as your inheritance, and the ends of the earth for your possession.” Beginning today, this Monday Morning Memo will include two additional features:

• Martha who has had to pack her belongings and move from her country of service to another country for a few months because of a visa issue. Pray for the ministry to continue in her absence.
