Progressive Dinner
Have you been to a progressive dinner lately? You remember – appetizers are at the first house, salad at the second house, the main course at the third house, and desert at the fourth house. For the believer the progressive dinner began in the Upper Room when Jesus, “Took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them (disciples) saying, ‘This is my body which is given for you; do this in remembrance of me.’” Then He said the same concerning the cup. We missed the first part of the progressive dinner, but we’re on the journey now and will ultimately arrive in heaven in time for dessert (the “marriage supper of the Lamb”, Rev. 19:9). I’m glad to be on the journey with you. Thanks for faithfully reading and commenting on Dr. Dan’s Monday Morning Memo. Feel free to recommend us to a friend.
Join me this week in remembering the following global concerns:

• Pray for members of Hope Church in the Saltavka region of Kharkov, (Ukraine) as they minister to international students.
• Pray for the International Missions Conference in Rome on Nov. 20 – 21.
• Pray for church leaders to sign-up for my next Vision Tour to Vancouver, Canada on Feb. 22-25, 2011. Brochures available for the asking.
