The church bulletin was explaining the plan of salvation but instead of the word \u201csin\u201d it encouraged readers to \u201cask God to forgive your sings.\u201d Even though I personally need forgiveness for my singing, I knew it was a mistake. Spell check would have done no good. The church could have used autocorrect. The Urban Dictionary defines autocorrect as, \u201ca feature built into many modern phones, which automatically changes unrecognized words to their closest matches, if any exist. Of course, on occasion it will select the wrong word, usually changing the original meaning of the sentence completely,\u201d such as the man who texted his wife that the result of his doctor\u2019s visit was a sinus infection, but the autocorrect changed it to \u201cdinosaur infection.\u201d Most of the other well-known autocorrect mistakes can\u2019t be printed here. When it comes to sin, we have something similar to autocorrect. The Holy Spirit within us convicts us of sin, but God does not automatically correct our sinful mistakes. We must do the correcting ourselves. While \u201call have sinned\u201d (Romans 3:23), not all have corrected their sinful mistakes. As the Spirit of God convicts of wrong, we must do the correcting. There is no autocorrect with God.<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 Pray for new churches to be planted in 60 towns and villages in central and southern Taiwan with a population of 3.5 million people.
\n\u2022 Feb. 6-8, training will be held for national partners regarding methods of planting Sunday gathering places in a highly secure country. This will launch a two year vision to start Sunday gathering places in 30 different villages. Pray.
