Both of my grandfathers possessed great senses of humor as did my father, so I guess I inherited it. Nevertheless, it has kept me balanced and sane.\u00a0\u00a0William Arthur Ward, a Christian motivational writer said, \u201cA well-developed sense of humor is the pole that adds balance to your steps as you walk the tightrope of life.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0Mark Twain once wrote, \u201cThe human race has one really effective weapon, and that is laughter.\u201d The quote, \u201cLaughter is the best medicine\u201d has been attributed to numerous persons. As one who has faced a share of challenges &#8211; challenges that could either be faced with tears or laughter &#8211; I confess that humor has been instrumental in survival. It is even said of the Lord, \u201cHe who sits in the heavens shall laugh\u201d (Psalm 2:4). \u00a0So, look for humor, find occasion to laugh, enjoy life.
