I don\u2019t tweet. I surf, google, text, cell and facebook, but I don\u2019t tweet. A guy has to draw the line somewhere. So I don\u2019t tweet \u2013 at least not yet. According to their web site, Twitter is a service for friends, family, and co\u2013workers to communicate and stay connected (tweet) through the exchange of quick, frequent answers to one simple question: What are you doing? The face of communication has changed. Face-to-face conversation is fast becoming a lost art. At a baseball game recently I saw two teenagers sitting next to each other sending text messages back and forth and laughing together. Thanks to the latest means of communication I now know what friends are doing across the world: what they are having for dinner, what time they are going to bed, what they scored on some internet game, and what the names of their newest friends are. We talk less, but know more. So is there a word from God for this technological generation? How about, \u201cLet your speech (tweet, text, facebook) be with grace, seasoned with salt\u201d (Col. 4:6). I\u2019ve already deleted a few facebook friends who refused to abide by these words. Hi tech communication? Yes! Hi tech seasoning? Please!<\/p>\n
